Smoking Ban in Michigan
Recently the Michigan House and Senate passed a smoking ban in public places. This means that there will be no smoking in resturants and all bars except for casinos and cigar bars. I think that the smoking ban is really stupid. Ill admit i am a smoker, but i think smoking should at least be allowed in public places. So in May it will be illegal to smoke outside your house, or walking to class, or anywhere that is not on your property. A Question i have is, how come its okay to smoke on your own property, but a bar owner cant smoke in his bar, or allow people to smoke there? I just think it is going to causee a lot of problems and people are going to be fined for something that is harmless. I know smoking is bad for you, and i know people who dont smoke hat the smell of the smoke, or hate being next to someone when their smoking. I just believe it is a violation of rights, im not whining im just venting because theres nothing i can do about it.

A Little About Myself
I guess I should start off by saying my name is Eric Pylar. I was born on February 19th 1989. I come from a family of six and the first of them to go to college. I attended Clintondale High School in Clinton Township Michigan, where in which I played sports and had a little too much fun. I graduated from High school in 2007, and began attending Eastern Michigan University the immediate September following graduation. When I began my studies I was originally going to major in nursing, but soon after my first semester I realized that it wasnt for me. Starting the second semester of my freshman year I decided to major in secondary education of language literature and writing. I am now in my third year at EMU and plan on graduating pretty close to my scheduled graduation date. Probably one of my largest accomplishments in my life was losing 100lbs. I lost the weight the summer after I graduated from high school. To me it was a larger accomplishment than the prestigous football accomplishments i had obtained. This is pretty much me at the moment, and hopefully there will be a lot more to tell ten years from now.
